Poll

Alright. I am giving in to my baser desires, and although I have a separate blog for this, I am dying for some input, so you lot have to be my guinea pigs. I want to know one thing [or at least one thing] that you find painfully sexy. One thing, is all I ask. For me? hand feeding fruit. Its my new one. Tell me you wouldn't love to have your partner pack you a delicious picnic basket for two complete with candles and a blanket and hand feed you pineapple, strawberry and kiwi they've cut with their own hand...

Natalie Portman. And (probably wrongly) particularly with a shaved head in the trailers for the "V for Vendetta" movie.

I'll go, now.

When you catch someone you adore smiling and they don't know you are watching them.

Innocence is sexy.

Nibbling, especially around the shoulders.

The way half-light makes everyone look stunning.

Laugh lines.

My husband's hands and, silly as it sounds, his forearms. I was never attracted to that part of the body until I met him. There's such a lovely mix of strength and gentleness.

Only one?! Are you kidding me? ;)

A man with deep, dark, lovely brown eyes usually does me in...

What a fun thing to think about for the rest of the work day. =)

Oh, no, Leah, leave as many as you like. I was begging for one, because I tend to not get comments on this sort of thing. case in point - this post has gotten more comments than my other blog entirely. But then, I imagine some people feel funny leaving comments on a blog like that.

Leave as many as youlike.

I agree about the eyes, although I favor blue myself. Dark eyes always seem heartbreakingly beautiful, though, don't they? Like there's a secret waiting behind them? Brown eyes make me want to kiss them and make them tell me everything.

Oops...Getting carried away. I'll save that talk for another day.

A light stroking in the center of my palm...definitely an erogenous zone for me.

Intelligence.

No, Ka, she means sexy as in foreplay sexy, you say.

I know.

A good geek moment will make me putty in your hands. My ex (The Ex) won my heart for good when he applied Bakhtinian semiotic theory to a Kids in the Hall sketch. Rrrrrrrr.

Oh Ex, you had me at "language as material practice."

i like dark eyes as well : as big and seeductive and mysterious as black holes.

Those moments when your eyes connect and for a second its just you and that other person.

I love personality, humour and intelligence above most things. One of the things that first drew me to C. was that she stood up to me in conversation - you'd be amazed at how many arguments you win just by knowing that the other person isn't sure they're right, even if you know they are. I also relate to Ka's geek remark - as I recall we had one very memorable argument about whether or not Martin Luther grew a beard when he was in exile at the Wartburg and in disguise as Junker Jorg (this has never categorically been resolved, but we did find a woodcut of a bearded Luther... so I took that as victory).

If you want something physical...the arch of the foot. It doesn't have to be naked - it's just as good in a show that displays it. I'm not at all a foot fetishist by any stretch of the imagination, and I don't really want to do anything with said foot - I just think it looks really sexy. Like the curve of the hip/buttock, but less obvious. I like it.

the kids in the hall? Ka you are so canadian it's adorable! "I'm crushing your head"!

show = shoe

I don't need to go to the theatre to appreciate a good foot....although I'm sure if you go to the right places etc. etc.

Just thought of another! A man with a way with words - who can write clearly, with nice word choices, without incorrect spelling and grammar - is a total turn-on for me. :) For example, a nicely written email can make me swoon!

Arent you cute, Leah? I suppose I drive you mad, never spell checking or watching my grammer. [I'm a first draft girl when it comes to posts, otherwise I will over-edit]

And Swiss,Ka, I completely agree, intelligence is enough to set a heart racing. *wistful sigh*
