I bet you look good on the dancefloor

I am going to be completely fickle today and talk about Dancing with the Stars.

I have already mentioned several times that I absolutely adore rality TV and this show is fast becoming a favorite of mine.

For me, the top three are Stacey Keebler, Drew Latchey and Lisa Rinna [and not just because of my crush]. I think Lisa got robbed last night, and Drew definately did, I felt like his routine was more technically proficient, more entertaining and required more skill. Unfortunately, the jusdges are completely wet for Stacey. She's great, I'll give you that. But she didn't deserve a 30. Nope. Not at all.

In similar news, the university is offering ballroom lessons. I think I might take them come this fall when I am back in school. Mystery, darling girl she is, says she will go with me. Now all we need to do find partners.

This is a topic where I am totally lost. I just never seem to get the hang of reality TV. Since I have been on television myself( Devine Design) I know just how much you have to fake to make it look real. Quite a few of these reallity programs have to plan most of their shots, so it kind of takes the reality out of it. What I see in a lot of these shows are just bad actors.

ah, Mystic, you clicked twice!

I love the dancing shows, it comes from my dance past (I was a ballerina before a gogo dancer, so I have some training)and how beautiful I think the movement is. I would watch if it were just an exhibition show.

So tell me about being on tv...is it interesting?

we invented this, I think. Strictly Come Dancing, it was called, hosted by big chinned misery Bruce Forsyth and blonde airhead Tess Daly.

A cricketer won our last series. I've never watched it, to be honest, I'd rather pasa doble my way to something more interesting.

We now have Dancing On Ice which is the same theory, but Torvill and Dean help competent skater types to do ice dance routines with Z-list celebs. It's a load of old cack, obviously.

We've got a version of that too-- skating with celebrities. I think Scott Hamilton hosts. I've never watched it though. I'm an American Idol junkie and I'd like to leave it at that!
